Who handles the permits?

We do. We handle the permit process with your county. Approval usually takes 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the county.

How long does a garage take?

Construction can start a week or two after permits are issued, and we aim to finish within 4 to 5 weeks of starting. Depending on your county's permit lead time, you could be moving in as soon as 6 to 7 weeks after you order.

Is site prep included?

Yes. Site prep and concrete are included in the starting price of $29,995. We handle the job from site prep to final grade.

What's not included?

Vinyl, HardiePlank or stone veneer siding is quoted on request. The full list is being confirmed.
